Who doesn't follow you back

See who doesn't follow you back, without risking your account.

About 2 minutes of tapping, plus a short wait while Instagram prepares your file.

No password, ever. You never log in here.
πŸ“±
Your file stays on your device. It's read right here in your browser and never uploaded anywhere.
πŸ›‘οΈ
No bots, no ban risk. You unfollow by hand. Apps that unfollow for you are what get accounts blocked.

How it works: Instagram lets you export your own followers list for free. You drop that file here and get a tap-through list of everyone who doesn't follow you back.

Ask Instagram for your followers file

Instagram is renaming some menus, so if a name differs slightly, the grey text shows what else it might be called.

Open Instagram's export page β†—

This opens Instagram's own site. Log in there if it asks.
It takes you straight to step 3 below.

πŸ’‘ Set Date range to "All time". It defaults to "Last year", which leaves out older followers, so your list would be wrong. JSON is best, but HTML works too.

Wait for Instagram, then download

Instagram is preparing your file. Followers-only exports usually take a few minutes to a few hours. You'll get an email and an Instagram notification when it's ready.

⏳ You have 4 days to download it before it expires. You can close this page. It remembers where you left off.

Drop your file in

Drop in the whole .zip exactly as Instagram gave it. Even a full export with all your photos works, since only the follower lists get read. If your device already unzipped it, choose the folder instead.

How to work through the list
πŸ›‘οΈ Stay safe: at most 100 a day, at a relaxed pace. Going too fast can get you a temporary "action blocked" from Instagram. Oldest follows are at the top.
βœ‹ You've done today. Stop here and come back tomorrow so Instagram doesn't flag your account.

Note: pending follow requests (private accounts) and deactivated accounts can show up here too.
